Meet Joanne Scotti

A licensed REALTOR® for over 25 years, Joanne Scotti has helped countless clients achieve their real estate goals in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Joanne attended the local Buck County Community College and then Temple University where she met and married for husband, Jack. They raised two children together and now love spending time with their children and their five grandchildren! 

While working as a full-time marking representative for the IBM Corporation in Philadelphia, Joanne realized marketing was her passion. In 1991, Joanne decided to use her strong sales and marketing skills to become a REALTOR® in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was one of the best decisions she ever made! Her career boomed and in 2011 she helped open the Doylestown Keller Williams Real Estate office with 9 other top-producing agents. Now, with over 275 agents in the brokerage, their office is one of the top offices for volume and units in the area!

Soon a new opportunity appeared and Jack & Joanne moved to Lewes, Delaware where she quickly set up roots in the Delaware real estate industry. She has become a local expert in several coastal Delaware neighborhoods including Lewes, Rehoboth and Bethany Beaches, and other surrounding local communities. Her passion is helping residents from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York make the move to Delaware, whether it's a second residence at the beach, investment property, or a new place to call home. She is also very versed with buyers who are looking to retire to Delaware and downsize. Joanne keeps current with all the new construction developments and communities in the area too, and is confident she can find the right home for you!

Joanne is licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania and is ready to help whether you're looking to buy, sell, or secure an investment property. When Joanne is not working, you can find her biking, fishing, golfing, and gardening. She is also very involved with the local community and is always trying to better the lives of her community, friends, and clients.
