We hope you can join us on Saturday, May 2nd for our annual Vermont Ave Garden Party where we tend to the garden boxes along Vermont Ave. During the event, we'll be cleaning, mulching, and planting flowers along Vermont Ave. All supplies will be provided and there will be an opportunity to win prizes from our local sponsors and partners. A light breakfast and lunch afterwards too also be provided. Our agents also make it a priority to give back to the community—creating a better home for all of us. To name a few events, we’ve helped raise funds for City Dogs, volunteered at Food and Friends, provided a night out for furloughed federal workers, collected toys for Toys for Tots and hosted an annual Holiday Bingo event for low-income senior citizens in Alexandria, VA. During the pandemic, we partnered with our brokerage for the Front Lawns to Frontlines fundraiser where we raised funds to send hot meals to our local frontline workers fighting COVID-19.
A portion of every transaction also is donated to KW Cares. These funds stay in the community and help support multiple charities throughout the DMV and Delaware area.
